When you choose to sign in with Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides us with the information you authorize, which may include your name, profile picture, Meta user ID, email address, and the public profile fields you grant. We only request the permissions needed to operate the features you use.
If you contact us or interact with our automated assistant through WhatsApp or Messenger, we process the messages you send and receive, your phone number or messaging ID, profile name, message timestamps, and any media or attachments you share, in order to deliver, route, and respond to your conversations.
Where you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or ad account, we may access and process — strictly within the scopes you grant — posts and media, comments, engagement metrics, audience and performance insights, and advertising data, solely to provide the management, analytics, and publishing features you request.
We may automatically collect limited technical data such as device/browser type, IP address, access timestamps, and basic diagnostic logs to keep the Service secure and reliable.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Meta data for any purpose other than providing and improving the features you have asked for.
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, email

Data Deletion Request and the account/handle you used. We will delete your associated
data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You can also revoke our access at any time from your Meta account settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations / Apps and Websites), which stops any further data sharing from Meta to the Service.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to data portability.
